Our marina is fun, calm and beautiful.
We strive to live in harmony with nature and we hope to provide a nice vacation for nice sailors.
This is one of Åland's most beautiful locations, with a view of Slottsundet, Kastelholm's golf course and birds we like.

Our marina offers electricity, water, sauna, shower, toilet, waste sorting, petrol, barbecue area, laundry and bicycle rental.
Our bistro serves delicious lunch and dinner with local ingredients. You will always find a range of Åland products here.

Our location, deep in the narrow Slottssundet, gives the marina and Kastelholms slott a natural protection against large waves. Thanks to the surrounding terrain and land masses, we are protected from the forces of the wind.

Here you will find beauty, tranquility and activities that entertain all ages.
​
Our location has been the same since the 14th century, just as the castle. There is a reason why the kings of old chose this particular* place to build a marina.

Today, the castle is still protected by us and we want to preserve what is natural. Everyone is welcome, especially those who help and inspire. ​

The childrens marina
To us, our most important guests are the children. If children have the opportunity to play and discover in safe, calm and beautiful natural environments, we believe that they will become good adults one day.
​
Here small and big children can play in greenery and water. We have a playground for the little ones and above us is a forest that leads back and forth. If you dare to look.
Our quiz walks challenge both children and adults to get to know our history and imagination. If you learn, you win a small prize.
​
A few minutes walk from the marina you find the disc golf course, the open-air museum Jan Karlsgården and the awsome, mythical Kastelholm Castle. We have heard that there is a mischievous and very kind ghost that sometimes show itself to people. Most often to children, but sometimes to adults if they still believe in fairies.

We are also proud neighbors to Kastelholm golf course, Åland distillery and restaurant Smakbyn.
The marina of calm
Running a marina is not something we thought we would ever do. Reality has brought these sisters here and it is exciting, eye-opening and fun.
​
We claim to have a calm, inviting, inspirational atmosphere where everyone do their best to be nice, respectful and open.
The world is beautifully complex and our marina is a harbour of safety.
​
On our docks and in the kitchen, local youths work their first and second jobs. We hope you will help us protect them so they can do their jobs in peace. :)

We like what the anchor symbol stands for. Hope! But you may not anchor outside the marina. Naturally neither closer to our castle. If you wish to anchor in Slottssundet, please study the chart carefully! We will be disapointed if you try to mess with our lakebed.
Outside our marina and closer to the castle, anchoring is prohibited. ​There is a 5 knot speed limit in the entire Slottsundet bay!​ We hope you have a nice stay!
Natures marina
Our friends of the animal kingdom are always present and reminds us of the power of natural cycles.
​
At our marina, we talk to the animals. If they want to be touched, then it is okey. Otherwise, we respect their distance.
The sheeps that graze along our fences are NOT ours. Do not climb over our fences! =) If you are respectfull and lucky you can get to know our neighbour sheep. They love leaves, but apples give them a stomachache. Do not feed them apples!

Pip Pip is the White wagtail that works for us every afternoon and cleans up all the crumbs we miss. He doesn't want to be touched!
At our marina, everyone helps each other. We don't litter and we pick up after ourselves. When there's a storm, we keep calm in the boats until the lightning has passed. We are one of the safest harbors in Åland, so storms rarely occur. Follow the weather forecast and plan your transition.

You can book nights with us at Dockspot or Satamapaikka. If you want to sleep longside, call us. Otherwise, it is first come, first served.
